Tapping two people prank

Josh and Jared had a particular game they'd often play at lunch. It was similar to the “calling” prank, in that they'd first pick two victims. Then, they would each tap or otherwise get the attention of one and tell them the other person was asking for them.

“Mariah, Erynn is calling you,” Jared might say, at the same time Josh was saying, “Erynn, Mariah is calling you.”

Then, Mariah and Erynn would look at each other, each waiting for the other one to start the conversation. At this point, Josh and Jared would abandon the interaction altogether. There was absolutely no point to it other than for their own sick amusement.  ❒
