Writing her memoirs

Jared often asked Granny if and when she would write her memoirs. She seemed to have so many interesting stories over the different eras of her life that it only made sense she'd want to compile them.

Granny always came back to Jared with the same response: “Oh, they'd be so boring...” (Truly, it was echoes of Bernice's birthday email.)

Jared always felt that Granny was being unnecessarily modest, but looking back on it, he realized most people probably didn't want to write memoirs no matter how interesting their lives were.

She may have never written down her memoirs on paper, but she certainly told Jared and Audrey the stories.

And those stories served as the original inspiration for the GAIR FAMILY LIBRARY. [Cue “Oooh, you're making me live, now honey...”]  ❐
