Tummy bumps

Jared and Audrey would often play tummy bumps, a game where they stuck out their stomachs and bumped them into each other.

“Let's play tummy bumps,” one would say. (It was usually Jared.)

They'd lift their shirts slightly, bump each other's tummies, and say, “boom” in a flat, disaffected tone.

Sometimes, tummy bumps would be accompanied by butt bumps or “side” bumps, wherein the butts or the hips would be bumped into each other. Notably, no clothing was altered to play the latter two games.   ❐
