Abi's Splash

Abi's Splash was a pool game devised by Jared.

Whenever he and Audrey would go to Abi's house and swim in the pool, they would splash each other. Jared would come up with all different “kinds” of splashes, such as those of huge ocean waves or some kind of karate chopping in the water. Audrey would be subjected to all of it whether she liked it or not.

As for the name “Abi's Splash,” it came from a concept for a TV show Jared imagined. He felt all of the different splashes could be exhibited in some kind of performance showcase. Every episode would show off a few new ones and explain how to recreate them at home, and the whole thing would be hosted by Abi.

The show (or, at least, the concept) was actually a mainstay on the schedule for The Interest Channel, Jared's TV network. He grew so devoted to the idea that he would pretend his splashing Audrey in the pool was the show.

For a long time, when Jared would recant the story, Tom thought he was saying, “Abi Splash,” but it's unknown what that interpretation would've meant.  ❐
